Pete established Insight as a progressive business accounting and wealth advisory firm in August 2000. Pete's vision for Insight is to provide a full range of services to assist clients in the successful operation of their businesses, achievement of financial independence and improving their work-life balance.
Pete is a Fellow of the CPA, a Chartered Tax Advisor, has a Bachelor of Business and Diploma in Financial Services (Financial Planning). He has specialised as an accountant, business and financial adviser since moving to Goondiwindi in 1991.
Pete has a strong commercial and financial background and enjoys sharing this with clients. He has had direct involvement in agriculture, property developments, farming operations, share portfolios, super funds, setting up of new businesses and general business management.
Peter’s continued involvement with clients over the last 30 years has equipped him with the knowledge and experience to assist in complex tax and family situations. He has an unparalleled reputation as a trusted advisor with the highest level of integrity.

Chantelle joined Insight in August 2011 as an Administrative Assistant after graduating from Goondiwindi High School. In her time with Insight, Chantelle has gone through the ranks to her current position as a Client Manager.
Chantelle has completed a Diploma of Accounting and is undertaking specific tax and business-focused professional development. Chantelle is a JP and is one of our in-house Xero cashbook experts.
Being a relationship-focused person, Chantelle is adept at understanding her client’s needs. Her approach is to constantly search for tools and strategies to make life easier for her clients.
Her attitude and pleasant demeanour make her a favourite with clients and is a go-to person within the team.

Leigh has been working in the accounting industry since 1993. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is a Certified Practising Accountant. Leigh possesses an extensive knowledge base and deep understanding of financial principles. Having grown up near Winton in Western Queensland, Leigh brings a unique perspective and understanding of the challenges faced by businesses in rural and regional communities.
Leigh is skilled in providing technical taxation and general business management advice. She has worked extensively with clients in the construction, retail, hospitality and agricultural industries.
Leigh understands that her clients are passionate about their business. She focuses on helping them achieve their goals.

Jo joined the Insight team in 2018, as an Executive Assistant, working closely alongside Pete.
Jo combines her experience, knowledge and skills from all aspects of her business management role. Jo enjoys working on new and challenging projects and is passionate about providing a high level of service to our clients.
Jo’s role includes taking lead roles in the onboarding of new clients and the formation of new structures for clients. She is a certified user of Xero, helping many clients with the initial setup of their files.
After graduating from the Goondiwindi High School in 2013, Jo worked full time in a local law firm for 4 years. Her background in law provided her with a strong starting point in the Accounting field. She is eager to develop her knowledge in Accounting which, in turn will create a dynamic outcome for our clients.
Jo is eager to continue her education and is currently undertaking a Diploma of Business.
Sam moved to Goondiwindi and joined Insight in October 2021 as a Graduate Accountant. He completed his schooling at The Southport School on the Gold Coast and studied a Bachelor of Commerce Majoring in Accounting through the University of Queensland and graduated in 2021. Sam is currently studying his CPA.
Sam is eager to develop his knowledge in rural accounting and finance in order to achieve a positive outcome for clients. Sam is developing his relationship with clients in a range of industries.
Sam appreciates cooking, gardening and rugby and is proving to be a valuable asset to the Goondiwindi Community.
Monique joined the Insight team in July 2019 as an Administrative Assistant and is now an Accountant. She graduated as School Captain of Wauchope High School in November 2018. She is currently completing her Diploma of Accounting.
Monique is a proactive, lateral thinking, vibrant member of the team. Monique is a certified Xero expert.
Monique is enjoying working with her portfolio of clients & learning how a high performing accounting practice operates. Monique lives at Yallaroi with her partner Josh.
Monique helps clients with all areas of their compliance obligations. She is one of our in-house Xero experts. Her attitude & demeanor makes her a favourite with clients.

Lydia joined the Insight team in July 2020 as a Administrative Assistant. Lydia grew up in Goondiwindi and graduated from Goondiwindi High School in 2019.
Lydia is currently studying a Diploma of Accounting, while also gaining on-the-job experience. Lydia has progressed through the ranks and works closely with the accounting team. She is very thorough and ensures that a quality services is being provided in a timely manner.
Jorja joined the Insight team in August 2022 as our Receptionist . Jorja grew up in Goondiwindi and graduated from Fairholme College in 2021 where she was a boarder.
Jorja completed a Diploma of Business & Certificate III in Education Support and is eager to develop her knowledge in the accounting and finance world.
Jorja is really enjoying being back in Goondiwindi.

Mia is enjoying being part of our Administration team and working alongside the Accounting team. In the coming months, Mia will being a Diploma of Accounting.
Outside of work, she competes internationally as the Vice Captain of the Under 25 Australian Long Range Rifle Team.
